Exploring your stories and adding missing and new details will help retelling of these stories from a place of power and compassion.

This group aims to facilitate movement towards change and growth using TA concepts while offering each other a safe space to experiment with this new language and way of being in the group and outside.

1. Duration - 3 months (12 sessions)
2. Facilitators - Rosemary Kurian and Aishwarya DS
3. Dates - Every Tuesday, starting 6th July and ending on the 21st September 2021
4. Timings - 5PM to 7PM
5. Charges - Rs.500/session (Rs.6000/- for the full duration)
